Capability Matrix

Your CRM, ERP, HR, finance systems, and warehouse stay where they are. Around them sits a layer of smaller tools that move, collect, and present their data. This page goes through that layer one category at a time: what Plexara covers, what it does not, and what the category typically costs today.

Scope

Systems of record are not in the matrix

The CRM, the ERP, HR and payroll, finance, and collaboration suites own authoritative records, approval rules, and audit history. Plexara reads from them and writes back through them. They are the systems the rest of this page connects.

The categories below are different. Each tool reads from one system and writes to another, or presents data that a system of record already holds. When an agent can write that logic in a conversation, what remains is the runtime, the credentials, the permissions, the audit trail, and the alerting. Plexara provides those once, for every workload. Many of the products below now ship MCP servers of their own, so the comparison comes down to what stands behind the server: one governed place where the agent builds, runs, and is audited.

Moves happen one workload at a time, usually when a tool comes up for renewal. Systems of record stay covers the reasoning and the production evidence.

Category by category

The matrix

Each row names a category with examples, the Plexara components that cover it, what they cover, what they do not do, how strong the fit is today, and what the category typically costs. Spend figures are what buyers pay for those products, with sources below. They are not a quote for Plexara.

How a workload moves

One workload at a time

  1. 01

    Rebuild

Your agent writes the workload as an automation against the same systems the old tool used.

  2. 02

    Run beside

The automation runs on the same inputs while the old tool keeps doing the real work.

  3. 03

    Compare

Outputs are checked row by row and column by column until they match or the difference is explained.

  4. 04

    Approve

The person the work runs for approves what the automation does, in plain language.

  5. 05

    Cut over

The automation takes the real work, and the old contract lapses at its next renewal.
